Oh, man, this was a fun kit. She had bright colors, my favorite to play with. Fun images of cupcakes. And paper ful of bling! Hardest part was trying to figure out what papers to play with, and which images to pick from! I loved the bright green bling paper the most, so I started with that part of the kit! I used the large scallop circle punch from Marvy. She enclosed the goo punch from Martha. I used McGill's Retro word tag punch. It punches out four different sizes word punches. That was perfect for the sentiment that she enclosed with her kit.

Stacy's card kit.
This is the card I created with Stacy's kit. She had enclosed some very cool shimmery paper. It's not showing up in the photo, but very cool paper. I dded stickles on the spider. I really loved how she did the goo punch from Martha Stewart on the black layer with the spider. I had found a stamp at Michael's that said 'Bugs and Hisses' so I thought it was a great sentiment to go with this set. The top part is done with the Cuttle Bug folder, and I went over it with my Palette Violet stamp pad to bring out the little dots a little better.

My Halloween swap
This was my card kit for the Halloween swap. I used a retired TAC set that I adore. So sad to see it go away. I used papers from the Fall Stack from DCWV. The card base is also a DCWV paper. I used the SU scallope punch too. I used Lyra Watercolor crayons to color the image. My favorite thing to do with this image is to give the Pirate dude a beard! Always makes me giggles.

Halloween
So, last night was Halloween. Gabi was a Webkin. Her Grandparents even gave her a matching webkin to her costume.
Trey was a Clone dude from Star Wars. That was a big hit with little boys this year.

Than Paul had texted me, playing a joke with his new BFF, saying they were short handed 5 people last night, would I come help. Now, I try to be a supportive helpful wife, but it was Halloween night, no way! I love going Trick or Treating with the little people! Plus, I have to take photos of them in their costumes!
Happy Gal!

That made me happy! I just got a blog header photo up there! All on my own too! I'm fairly excited about that. Trust me, it's the little things that make me giggle! I even took the photo of some scraps of paper I had from The Angel Company, TAC, paper pack called Mimi. I love that paper line. Such pretty colors! Next I'll have to learn how to put in those links that take folks to websites. Cuz I have no idea if http://www.theangelcompany.net/ will turn into a link to send you to the website to learn about their products.
(Mmm, looks like I need to figure out how to make that title box a touch smaller. I bet someone will have some advise on that topic for me! )
I've been a busy lady lately. I started, figured I'd have a few moments here or there to pop up something, and instead, no luck. It's been a crazy few weeks for this family. Opening the new CFA has been a ton hard work. But totally fun!
