First I must apologize for the flub up last week. I went to make my card, and I swear, it died by Copics! So, I gave up, because it just wasn't working. Meant to come back and finish, or at least post about the challenge. So, big apologies to my team mates at Flutter By Wednesday!
I do have a question if any of you copic pros can give me a tip...I refill my markers, and sometime, they drip. Drives me batty. I can't get them not too. What am I doing wrong, and what can I do to get them to stop blobbing?
Anyhow, this week, we are casing the very first ever Flutter By Wednesday card. I have to admit, there's no stamping on my card. I couldn't find my big butterfly stamp to save my life...see how well crafting is working for me?! Anyhow, so I used a sticker I had that I thought worked perfectly for this challenge. Please be sure to peak at the Flutter By Wednesday blog for more details, and to see what the team made for the challenge. I also think Danni has a little announcement to make. So pop over, and make sure you link your creation as well!

Anna that BF sticker is gorgeous! I love the trail you created with the rhinestones!
That totally happened to me the week before, Anna! I so understand. And this has to be the loveliest butterfly sticker that I've ever seen! Works so well for this week's CASE. :) Love the bling trail too.
WOW that butterfly is stunning!!! I'm hoping to get the chance to participating again weekly in the challenges, now that the shower is over and most of the work is done for the wedding. HUGS
pretty card, Anna - that butterfly is gorgeous! I don't know that I'm a copic pro but could you be refilling it with too much ink? I have had one copic blob on me and I had to take both ends out and let it "equal" out. Now whenever I color, I open the lid off to the side for a second before coloring...just in case :D
Love that butterfly!! Beautiful card!!
As far as the copics, if they are dripping you are putting too much refill in them. Occasionally they will do it because of pressure build up but if it's often, too much ink! I always take the caps off both ends if it seems like it's drippy and let the pressure equalize.
What a beautiful butterfly and an awesome card! Great case of Danni's card.
Pretty!!! Love your case of Danni's card. That is a beautiful butterfly.
I am not an expert either but that did happen to me once. If you take off both caps when you are refilling it helps. but try not to add to much to the pen. Maybe 10-15 drops unless it's really dry.
;)
I'm still learning to color with copics, so I'd be no help! LOL!
This is beautiful and your butterfly works absolutely perfectly! Beautiful card!
