Party Time Tuesday #27, Anything Goes.

How stinking cute is this image? I had to get it as soon as I saw it on the All That's Scrap blog. I grabbed the digi version of her. (I'm so glad to have a printer now that works with digis. Opens up a whole new world, and saves a little on the pocket book too!) She's a perfect sweet little thing for a birthday card!

It's time to party again at Party Time Tuesdays! It's an Anything Goes, just make a birthday card with the sentiment on the front of your card, link it up to the Party Time blog, and while you're there see what the design team came up with for you today! Lots of eye candy! You can also get to the Design team by clicking on the right side of my blog! It's the last day to Party with the team in 2010! This year has just flown by! So, make sure you join in! I used a sketch off Jen del Muro's blog, you can view it here.

Miracle Futtering.

Man, I've been slacking! At least on blogging. I've been very busy crafting making gifts and such for family and friends. We've had some snow, too! We hardly get snow! The kids are out of school for the holidays. We had parties planned for schools, but snow days made it so no parties where to be had at school. Bummer! All that cutting I did for Trey's teacher's crafts. I was bummed! I love those handmade items the kids make in school.

Anyhow, had a little bit of time to stamp since I've finished up some Christmas stuff. Saw a DT call for Flutterby Weds. Thought I'd toss my name in the hat. I do love to play along with them. Had to play along with Mojo Monday. Been ages since I've sat down and played both challenges.
Crazy how busy life gets sometimes. I love participating in challenges. I've enjoyed both DTs that I was on this year, creating for the challenges, and seeing what the other DT come up with for the challenges! Amazes me their take on stuff. Than going to blogs from bloggers who played along. So much talent out there!

My Magnolia card is an image given to me from Tammi. Such a sweet little image. The paper is from DCWV, Mango stack. It's full of bright colors, which is perfect for me! She's colored with copics and topped off with some stickles. The sentiment is from a SU stamp set.
My second card uses TAC supplies. The fairy is from a sweet set from Mabelle R. She makes such cute images. The paper is from More Mimi, which is one of my favorites from TAC. Can't beat that color palette! Greens, pinks, and browns! So nice! Parts are cut out and popped up. She's paper pieced, and topped off with stickles.
This is my second post for the day, so be sure to peak at the Party Time Tuesday post below this one.

Party Time Tuesday #26, Red, Green, White.

Fun color challenge today at Party Time Tuesdays. Perfect colors for a Dec birthday. I decided to use a Victoria Case image from Susana's store. Thought she'd look super cute in red and white. I paper pieced her hat, and added some stickles to her pants, hats, and flowers. We'd love for you to join us over at the Party Time blog. Be sure to check out the design team cards. You can view them by clicking on the links to the right of my blog. You'll be happy you stopped by to see what they've made.

Supplies: copics, nesties, Verve Big Wish sentiment, EK punch, stickles.

Party Time Tuesday #24, Include Balloons!

Fun challenge today at Party Time Tuesdays! Perfect to use on a card-Balloons! Who doesn't love balloons for a birthday bash?! Do join in the fun! Make your card, link it up on the Party Time blog, and while you're there check out the other DTs cards! You'll be happy you did! Some talented ladies over there! Or you can click on their names on the right hand side of my blog list. Don't forget there's a prize up for grabs too!

Today's card features a fun digi image from All That's Scraps. I just recently got a new printer, and love that it allows me to play with digital images without an issue now! You can get Emma just by herself, but I got the set of three. The sentiment is from Verve Stamps, Big Wish. My sketch is from Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge 96. My image is colored with copics. My papers are from DCWV, and all are scraps from past cards. I hope you join in the fun with us at Party Time Tuesdays!

NOEL Chargers

I've been playing with my Cricut again! Love that tool! Anyhow, Target has these chargers, in packs of four. They have four colors, silver, red, green and gold. I thought it would be fun to cover them with the vinyl in Christmas themes. I used my Winter Woodlands cartridge to make the letters. I cut each of them to 6 inches. I used a snowflake instead of an O for the o in noel. I cut out different snowflakes from a few different cartridges, Christmas, Joys Of The Season, and Winter Woodland. Naturally, you need a little bling, so I added gems to the snowflakes, and sequins. Now, I just need to decide if I want to hang them off my curtain in the kitchen, or on the wall with ribbon.
My neighbor made some too, but used sentiments in the center of her chargers, which looked great too. Can we say cool easy Christmas gifts?!

Thsoe pretty snowflakes are also adorning a room in my house. I cut out a bunch of snowflakes in larger sizes and put them on my bay window in my dining room, and on my front door. Fun and easy decorating. I'm thinking they would look neat looking like a snow flurry on a wall by a entrance way.

Party Time Tuesday #23-Anything Goes.

It's another open challenge at Party Time Tuesdays. Kinda hard to believe we've had 23 challenges now! I used Sneaky Tilda for my card today. My sweet friend, Tammi, sent me a few images to play with. She's so stinking cute! Love when Tilda has long curly hair! And look at her socks, stripes! Love it! I followed a sketch on Friday Sketchers. My sentiment is from TAC. Trying to use up some papers. This sketch was perfect for scraps, and every sheet on here was a scrap. The papers are from Basic Grey's Sultry.

Anyhow, hope you play along, and join us. Make sure you link up your birthday card, with sentiment on the front of your card back on the PTT blog. While you're there, check out what the other DT's came up! You won't be sorry you stopped by the blog!

Other supplies: SU cardstock, SU ink, stickles, copics, Martha punch, nesties.

Mojo Beanie...

Ok, this has got to be the cutest image! My sweet friend, Tammi, surprised me with a few images. I seriously gasped when I saw her. I wasn't expecting them, and she was so sweetly cute looking! Anyhow, tried my hand at a circle card tonight. It's the Mojo Monday sketch. I had grabbed this pack of K and Co Christmas paper last week. I love the colors in it! Festive and fun! All came together to make an adorable card! She's colored with stickles. I cut out my circles using Sure Cuts A Lot.

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Turkey Day!

Hope everyone is enjoying their Thanksgiving. I made this card for a contest for TAC, sadly, didn't win, but the card is so darling, I had to share it today. I used Emma paper pack. I love the colors in this paper pack. Cardstock is from the Mimi collection. Sentiment is from a different TAC set, and the name is escaping me at the moment. I followed a tutorial on Color Me Copic on making grass. Anyone planning on going out in the crowds for some Black Friday sales tomorrow?
Blessing......

Party Time Tuesday #22: 1, 2, 3 Challenge.

Hi-Dee-Ho-Stampers Go! I've been listening to a ton of Full House on ABC Family lately. The phrase is actually Hi-Dee-Ho-Ranger Joe, cuz ya know, Joey got that fun job doing the show with his chipmunk puppet. See, I didn't lie, I've been watching too much of it! LOL!
I had to use a boy image today, as it's my older brother's birthday today! So, I'll be thinking of him all day! I hope he has a wonderful birthday!

Today's a challenge day at Party Time Tuesdays. It's easy as 1, 2, 3! All you need is one image, 2 papers, and 3 different types of embellies. I don't do this often, but was searching for some ideas for my card, and saw this card on The Greeting Farm Blog, and totally fell in love with her sketch. I thought it worked perfectly for the challenge, so I cased it! Not normal for me to do that, but it's a fantastic card she made! So, thank you Ms. Tangii for some wonderful artwork! My cute papers were happy mail from my friend, Debbie! I love this paper line, it's called Hopscotch from K and Co. Such fun boy papers!

I hope you play along with us! Make sure you check out the Party Time blog to see what the other DT came up with, or click on their names to the right hand side of my blog roll call. They always have some inspirational work to show off! Be sure to link your artwork on the Party Time blog so we can see what you've made! While you're there, make sure you check out the prize that's up for grabs this month.

Supplies: nesties, copics, SU cardstock, and ink, Digi image Greeting Farm, Verve Big Wish sentiment.

Magnolia Angels.

I've been a total crafting mood lately. Busting out some cards! Have to hit while the moment strikes, right?! Anyhow, played along with Just Magnolia's Sketch Challenge from Friday. My daughter's name is Gabrielle, and always makes me think of angels when I think of her name. Thinking of her makes me think of hot pink, cuz the kid just loves that color. With all that in mind, I went to an older Christmas stack from DCWV. I've had it for a few years now. It's full of fun colors, which I like because I'm pretty matchy matchy with clothes in my scrapping pages, and Gabi's always in pink. It's a perfect holiday stack because it has papers with colors both kids are most likely wearing. This card just screams Gabi. Bright fun colors, and glitter all over! LOL! Loud card, huh?!
I love the new angel sitting on the side like that. So cute! I wish I had switched my two panels, cuz I loved the snowflake paper, but its pretty covered up with the snowflakes now.
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies: Magnolia kit stamp, Magnolia sitting angel, DCWV Christmas stack, SU cardstock and ink, stickles, nesties, copics, Martha Nordic punch, and snowflake punch, nestie snowflake die cuts, EK punch,

Not Even A Mouse, TAC Hop

Joined in another TAC blog hop on Savvy Projects Blog. This one for winter projects. My MIL recently purchased this darling mice set from TAC, called Mice Day. I stamped off some images before mailing them to her.
These cute mice kept screaming "The Night Before Christmas" to me, so I had to make a card with them using that sentiment. There's another image with a darling mouse asleep in a mitten. Both just seem perfect for Christmas cards.
Didn't have a sentiment for anything from the book, so I computer generated a verse for the card. I embossed my green sheet with the snowflake cuttle bug folder and dusted the paper with Versamark Frost pad to give it some shine.

Hope you join in the fun using your TAC products. Than you can link them back up to the blog hop on the Savvy Projects blog. You can see other blogs using some TAC products as well.

Thanks for stopping by.

Fluttering Birthday.

Had more time to play today. Trying to keep my mind off the stresses of life. I don't think it's working though. I'm feeling pretty stressed! LOL! I saw the challenge at Flutterby Wed was to make a window card. I haven't tried the tent card, and after seeing Danni's card, I just had to try. So much fun to make! And so cute, too! I think they are about as much fun at making an easel card! I followed the tutorial she put on her blog from SCS. Very easy to follow. Another challenge this card covers is All That's Scraps Wed challenge. Their challenge was to make a birthday card. Gotta say, I love how this card turned out. So bright and cheery! Perfect birthday card!
Thanks for stopping by.
Supplies: Copics, nesties, stickles, SU cardstock-cool Caribbean, melon mambo, SU Cool Caribbean ink, Verve Birthday sentiment.

Tickled Mercy.

Tickled Pink Stamps had a new release of their character named Cherrie. She's so cute. I had to grab two of the new digis they released. Played along with Mercy's sketch at Lord Have Mercy. Used some older papers that I've had for scrap booking by DCWV. I covered her tights in Smooch.
Thanks for stopping by.
Supplies: copics, nesties, stickles, SU cardstock-Cranberry Crisp, retired green, Cranberry Crisp ink, DCWV Christmas stack, gems,

Party Time Tuesday #20

Moring, party go-ers!! Ready to party again today?! Today's a challenge day at Party Time Tuesdays!! Woo hoo! I love challenges! There's a stunning photo for you to pull inspiration from, and you'll be hard pressed not to find something to move you! I loved the colors in this cake! It was so pretty! I can't get the photo to show up right, so make sure you peak at the Party Time Tuesday's Blog to see a nice clear photo of it! While you're peaking at the photo, make sure you check out what the other DT's made-or click on their names to the right of my blog. Also, they are holding a Design Team call on the Party Time Blog. You can find out all the information about that by clicking HERE! You have until the 30th of Nov. to apply!
Since the colors grabbed me next to the musical theme, I went with that fabulous Mariposa Die Cuts With a View stack. This stack is so pretty! This is the smaller stack, 4.5x6.5. Perfect for cards. I didn't want to cover up that pretty butterfly, so I angled the other DP paper to let the butterfly show off still. Than I used some roses I've had lying around for far too long. I used my Verve Big Wish set for the sentiment. The butterfly in the sentiment is from TAC.
Thanks for stopping by!

Sketching All That Scraps.

Had some time today to play. Gotta love that extra hour, right? So, I decided to play the Wed. Challenge at All That's Scraps, and I used the Sat. Sketch 128 from this week. The challenge at All That's Scrap is to make a Christmas project not using red and green, or a theme with being grateful. I grabbed the digi version Darby the other day when it was released. Such a sweet image! I added flock with glitter to her hat, pompoms, and boots. Had to bling out the boots too. Gabi will love them that way.

Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies: Darbi image, Amy R sentiment, nesties, stickles, copics, Jolly By Golly paper pack, SU ink and cardstocks, EK punch, Cuttle Bug die, glitter paper-Target,

They were my first design team, and appericate them letting me join their team. I know I'll be back to play along with them, because I do love to pile on the challenges on cards!

On to my card. We had a sponsor today, Shelly's Images. I choose to play with her beautiful Sleigh Ride image. I had a lot of fun adding glitter to the sleigh, and singing to myself while I made the card. Crazy to think Christmas will be here soon! Time sure does fly!

Mojo Silent Night.

I just got this new punch, framed dots, yesterday from Martha Stewart at Michaels. Saw the sketch at Mojo Monday, and thought how perfect it would go with the sketch Monday. Totally cool punch! I'm dying to see what winter punches they'll have. Saw some stamp any where on the page ones. But the winter ones weren't up yet at Michaels. Pulled out a pretty winter set from Verve stamps that hadn't been broken in yet. I think the card turned out so pretty. I sprayed my image area with Frost Shimmer. Used my Copic clear glitter pen on the big star. It's very sparkly in person. Than topped the smaller stars with gems. My papers are from Cosmo Cricket Jolly something or other-can't remember off the top of my head. It's last year's paper line.
Other supplies: Sage Shadow cardstock and ink, River Rock ink.

Party Time Tuesday #19, Anything Goes.

It's another day to Party! Today's anything goes at Party Time Tuesdays! And there's a new prize up for grabs, so make sure you play every week, if you missed out on the fun prize last month. We love to see what you come up with, so make sure you link your creations back to the PPT blog so we can come by your blog and see what you've made. You can see what the DT came up with popping over to the PPT blog, or clicking on their names to the right of my blog.

My cute card today is made with TAC papers and image. The birthday sentiment is from Hero's Art. Cardstock is from SU. My sketch is from Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge, #131. She's colored with copics, and topped off with stickles. Oddly, not a lot of embellies on the card. It looked so nice by it's self, I didn't feel the need to add more to her.

Sweet Bells.

I saw they were holding a guest designer call on Elisabeth Bell's Digi Bell team. Have to get the artwork up by 6 AZ time today. Now, that I have a printer that will print out digi images, and allow me to color them with copics, I had to throw my name in in the hat. She's one of my favorite stamp illustrators. So, here's my creation for the call. They provided two sketches to try, and you can use any Elisabeth Bell image. Crossing fingers! I saw some fab cards over on the site.

Supplies: copics, nesties, TAC Emma pattern paper, SU cardstock and ink, Making Memories felt flowers, primas, stickles, dew drops.

Flavor Of Fall TAC Blog Hop.

Joined in another TAC blog hop today. It's fall focused. Fall is by far my favorite season. I love the colors changing, and the cool crisp air. I grabbed out a stamp set by Mabelle R called Fall Harvest, that I hadn't inked up yet. I'm such a collector sometimes! This set is perfect for fall! I paper pieced my cutie, and popped out her flower. She's colored with copics, and topped off with stickles. My paper choice was Penelope SWIC. The clothes are paper pieced from a tag that comes with the set of papers. My sentiment is from a set called Laugh Lines. My ribbon is from Reese ribbon pack, and I used tan scrappers floss.
My sketch is Sketch 126 on Friday Sketchers.

Thanks for stopping by! If you want to join in the fun showing off your TAC stamps, click on this link, and add your creation!

Make sure you pop by the Party Time Tuesday Blog to see what the other DT's created. Or peak at their blogs listed to the right. We'd love for you to join in with the party too! There's a prize up for grabs if you've played the whole month! You can see the info about that on the PPT blog.

Party Time Tuesday #17.

It's another open challenge at Party Time Tuesdays! You all really seem to love those! Just make sure you put your birthday sentiment on the front of you card! Swing by the PTT blog to see what the other designers created today, check out the prize that's up for grabs and to link your cards up so we can stop by and see what you've made!

Today's card uses a sweet Magnolia image. I had this cute image sitting there unused from a previous stamping session, and decided she was calling to me to use her for this challenge! Pulled out Basic Grey's Bittersweet and followed a sketch off Operation Write Home. It was a sketch made by Teresa from Enjoy The VA Sunshine. I also gave Amy's straight hair a whirl off the Color Me Copics blog. Singing just keep trying in my head! I love how Amy colors hair, so I'm gonna have to keep working at! (This is another post done in advance, so these challenges are fresh when I've made my card!)

Wicked Good Blog Hop-The Angel Company

Had to join in the TAC Savvy blog hop today. I've been itching to play with some darling new stamps that hadn't been inked up yet! I'm slacking on Halloween artwork and it's only a few weeks away. How cute is this witch? She's from the Delightfully Spooky set. I played with her Dino brother and butterfly fairy from the set, but not her yet. I used Hip Hop FWIC paper pack, and Miss Moxie SWIC paper pack. I thought the purple-blue sheet from the Hip Hop pack looked a lot like night time. And I love the bright colors in the Miss Moxie SWIC collection for Halloween cards. I added stickles to her hair, and tights. The caldron and frog are popped out on her. I layed up my punches just to give it more fun Halloween depth. The edges are dusted with Bordeaux Palette Ink pad. She's colored with copics.
My other card uses the same set. I made this card a few months ago, but haven't put it on the blog yet. Figured this is a perfect time to show it off too! It's another darling image in that set, and uses Miss Moxie SWIC paper pack. His dino head is cut out and popped out. He's paper pieced with different tags from the Miss Moxie SWIC. The rest of him is colored with copics. I also used nesties to cut him out. He also is touched off with a bit of stickles. His sentiment comes from Spooktacular set.

Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to join in the fun using your TAC products. Link your artwork up to TAC's Savvy Projects blog. Stop over there to see what other creations are up on there as well.

Party Time Tuesday #16.

Another day to party! Today's challenge at Party Time Tuesdays is to make a Fall card, with a twist to add pumpkin or leaf. Little secret, I had made my card, and saw the fall part, and somehow missed the leaf or pumpkin! Lucky for me, my sweet image from Susana's store by Victoria Case had leaves in it! Whew! Anyhow, love how this card turned out! I used Mellow from Basic Grey, which is a great fallish paper. The sketch came from I Heart 2 Stamp. Perfect sketch to use up some scraps of papers. I even used some brads I've been hoarding from Queen and Co. Added stickles, paper pieced her hat, and scarf. She's colored with copics. I tried my hand at the straight hair tutorial by Amy from A Thousand Sheets of Paper on Color Me Copics. I love how she colors hair, so I was excited to see this video. (I made this card back in Sept, so all this stuff was freshly new when I made my card! In fact, I'm making this post on Sept 12th!)
Anyhow, be sure to share with us your creation at Party Time Tuesdays. Check out with the other designers made by clicking on their names to the right, or going to the PTT blog! Can't wait to see what you all make! There's a prize up for grabs if you play every week this month so be sure to check out the info about that on the PPT blog.
