Little Ladybug Lily

Today is Wed, which means Flutterby Wed on Danni's blog. This week she opened up fluttering to include fairy images. I only have so many butterfly sets, so I was happy about the fairies! I based my sketch on Amy R's Friday Sketch Challenge, and noticed after I took the photos and completed the card, that the sketch called for something up in the corner. I put it in the bottom left. I need to pay better attention! This was a fun layout to try. I don't normally tilt things to often, so it was a small change for me to turn my center Nestie into a diamond shape. I even used scraps for the DP paper, which are from K and Co. I popped out Lily's legs, mushroom, and the bottom mushrooms too. I covered her wings, dress, and headband with Shimmerz, and added stickles to the mushrooms. Colored her in using water color crayons. My cardstock base is Cameo Coral from SU, and Chocolate. Creamy caramel is on the edges of the oval nestie.
