I love when Tammi does her square cards. You can see them on her blog called Tropical Dreams. I have a pack of them, but they always throw me for a loop! So, today, I pulled out a stamp set and used one of those square base cards from DCWV. "Freeze" by Stampendous! was my stamp of choice for this card. It's small, so I knew it would fit in the little square in the center. Than I pulled out one of my favorite retired sets of Christmas paper from TAC, called Merry Wishes. They have a index sheet of the pattern papers in the pack. It's about a 3x3 scaled down version of the 12x12 paper. I trimmed it out of the index sheet to be my base. I love those squares also for making photo corners. I brushed the edge of the card base, and the image base with pixie pink.
I cut out the mittens, and the snowman's hat and propped them up with dots. That took awhile! Than I added stickles to the bear and snow. I put fun flock on the snowman's hat, and mittens. I think I'll leave that small cutting and popping up to Kim! The bear mitten was too small to get the pop up under, so I just put it down with two way glue. Than a quick mirror snowflake gem, and bright green ribbon given to me from Kim in a Lostie Secret sister round, and my square card was completed.

I LOVE those embossed cards!!!! Love the dimension on the hats and mittens too. Such a simple, but super adorable card.
Oh man, another adorable card!! I'm loving these! Love that you gave it dimension, and super cool you used an embossed card! :) On the smaller stuff, what I do is cut up mini glue dots, works perfectly! That image is so cute and perfect for that square!
This is so freakin' adorable! It's simple and cute!
BTW - I did not know you had a blog. I have now added you on my list to follow. :) PS - I love Gabi's birthday invite too! Supah cute!
